We are a couple of dreamers and adventurers offering amazing Colorado Mountain experiences for those seeking to enjoy and discover two distinct vacation experiences in Colorado Mountain Towns. Our first property, located in Westcliffe is one of a kind luxurious log home set against the majestic Sangre de Cristo Mountains in this quaint and picturesque western town that offers a peace and quite and inspiration for those who are artistic. Due to the incredible views it attracts artists and photographers from all over the world. This town is also an international dark sky community which is well suited for the most amazing stargazing experiences. Westcliffe caters to adventurous tourists who seek this hidden gem. It is home to amazing trails, challenging 14ners and about 52 lakes in the vicinity. It is the kind of place where life slows down and you can spend your day either climbing, hiking or climbing or like some, writing their best selling New York book. Our property is unique in that it is surrounded by thousands of Aspens at the base of Spread Eagle Mountain Peak. The view from the living room floor to ceiling windows is sure to inspire you. Whether you stay with us in the summer, fall, winter or spring - the four seasons have much to offer!
Shawn & Vanessa stumbled upon two amazing properties, both in incredibly unique locations. We bought our Westcliffe log home in 2021. We have been enjoying many family trips and getting the cabin cozy and inviting for our guests. We live in Denver and we try to enjoy our little slice of heaven as much as we can since they are our little pieces of heaven. We enjoy mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, hiking and so we love the fact that you can embark on wonderful journeys right from our backyard! We love to host and know that it is the little things that matter. Many of our guests have become friends over the years! We have over 150 reviews on Airbnb with an average rating of 4.98 and about 200 reviews on vrbo with a perfect 5 star rating! Our home is not for everyone and those we chose to host enjoy amazing experiences!
